Assistant Banquet Service Manager at Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, Bhurban, Murree.
•Ensure the banquet reservation book is properly maintained and entries are correct •Receive future function sheets from sales and determine the amount of future business and workload requirements for the specific period of time •On the function day, ensure required help is available and instruct individuals on function requirements and setups •Assist banquet staff in setting up function rooms to the desired specifications •Ensure all banquet equipment, furniture, trolleys, and audio video requirements are ready for smooth operations
