The Role
Chief Resident Engineer to supervise and manage construction planning and execution of a large-scale canal/ irrigation/ water resources project in Kashmore, Sindh.
•Supervise and manage construction planning and execution of large-scale irrigation and canal projects, ensuring all activities align with project objectives •Oversee contract administration and ensure strict compliance with all project agreements •Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently •Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery •Provide technical guidance and leadership to project staff, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability standards are maintained on-site

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering
15+ years of experience in large-scale water sector projects, including 7+ years in contract administration, project management, and supervision of irrigation and canal projects
