The Role
Housekeeping Supervisor to enforce hygiene and infection-control standards and lead housekeeping staff at Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, Rawalpindi.
•Enforce sanitation and sterilization protocols across Operation Theaters (OTs), Outpatient Departments (OPDs), wards and public areas to maintain an infection free environment •Lead, schedule and supervise janitorial and housekeeping staff and monitor daily duty rosters and task completion •Manage housekeeping consumables, cleaning chemicals and hygiene supplies, maintain stock records and ensure cost effective usage •Oversee segregation, handling and safe disposal of hospital waste and biohazard materials in compliance with health and safety standards •Conduct routine daily inspections of all facilities, address cleanliness gaps immediately and prepare performance reports for management

Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or night shifts if required
5- 10 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Intermediate
- Bachelor 16 Years: Facilities Management, Hospitality Management
5-10 years of relevant housekeeping experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role within a hospital or clinical setting Preferred: Eye care facility experience
