The Role
Senior Associate Motor Underwriting at JazzSure Insurance, Karachi, managing motor underwriting across retail, corporate, bancassurance, leasing and affinity channels.
•Evaluate private car, commercial vehicle, motorcycle and fleet proposals against underwriting guidelines, risk appetite and rating structures •Make underwriting decisions on acceptance, pricing, loadings, deductibles, exclusions and renewals within delegated authority limits •Prepare quotations, renewal terms, policies, endorsements and cancellations •Act as a technical underwriting resource for banks, leasing companies, brokers, dealers and sales teams •Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, underwriting guidelines, treaty arrangements and AML/ KYC requirements •Prepare MIS and portfolio reports and guide junior underwriting team members

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration
1-3 years of experience in General Insurance, including at least 1 year in Motor Underwriting; exposure to Window Takaful Motor, bancassurance, leasing portfolios, fleet underwriting or corporate motor business Preferred: MBA or Master's degree; Progress toward professional insurance qualifications (ACII, Cert CII, AIIP, PII); Power BI
