The Role
Processing Operator for the Okara plant, running processing equipment and ensuring GMP, HACCP and safety compliance.
•Operate processing equipment and prepare batches according to approved recipes and SOPs •Monitor process parameters, conduct in-process checks and report deviations immediately •Ensure GMP, HACCP, hygiene and safety compliance, and keep accurate batch and production records

3- 5 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Associate Engineering
- Intermediate
3-5 years of experience as a Processing Operator, Production Operator or Plant Operator Preferred: Food, beverage or FMCG experience
Process Controls, Mechanical Troubleshooting, GMP, HACCP
•Intermediate candidates need a recognised technical certification and food-processing experience •Ability to work in rotating shifts
