The Role
Finance Lead (Accounting & Finance Supervisor) reporting to the COO, owning core finance operations across Terra's growing business portfolio in Karachi.
•Lead accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll and fixed assets •Drive timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing •Prepare and review management accounts and financial reporting •Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning •Monitor financial performance, variances, liquidity and working capital •Strengthen financial controls, policies and compliance frameworks •Coordinate audits, tax filings and regulatory reporting •Support management with financial analysis and business-critical insights •Drive process improvement, automation and reporting efficiency •Supervise and develop finance team members where applicable

5- 8 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Cost and Management Accounting (CMA), Chartered Accountancy (CA)
5-8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior finance role Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, FinTech or Startups
Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, Microsoft Excel
Preferred: QuickBooks
ICMA qualified, partly CA qualified or equivalent professional qualification preferred
