The Role

Project Manager leading school operations, leadership, student learning and wellbeing at Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government Girls School, with coordination with government representatives, the School Management Committee and Zindagi Trust Head Office.

•Lead daily school operations, implement Zindagi Trust policies, and develop, monitor and achieve SDP/ ASIP targets •Manage admissions, enrolment, attendance, retention, student records and data-driven decisions; ensure timely and accurate Head Office reporting •Oversee teaching and learning, identify learning gaps, coordinate academic support, and manage Grades 9-10 Board examinations, assessments, mock exams, remedial support, registrations and examination arrangements •Ensure student safeguarding, child protection, inclusion, positive discipline, wellbeing programmes, confidential reporting, referrals, and co-curricular activities, including assemblies, clubs, sports, competitions, career counselling and educational trips •Lead staff management, performance appraisals, HR policy compliance, conflict resolution, and a collaborative, ethical school culture aligned with Zindagi Trust values •Prepare and monitor budgets, control expenditure, obtain approvals, and oversee procurement, distribution and records of learning materials, assets, inventory and supplies •Manage school facilities, maintenance, health, safety, security and emergency preparedness, including drills •Build relationships with parents, SMC, Government Headmasters, teachers and education officials; coordinate correspondence, visits, inspections, compliance, and accurate SEMIS/ census, enrolment, attendance and examination reporting
