Assistant Floor Manager/ Floor Manager (Non Food) at SPAR Pakistan, Karachi, driving sales, leading teams and delivering excellent merchandising standards.
•Drive sales, lead teams and deliver excellent merchandising standards •Manage merchandising, product displays, stock management and sales performance •Lead, motivate and manage store teams •Focus on customer experience, operational excellence and achieving sales targets •Identify opportunities and improve department performance

- Bachelor 16 Years: Any Discipline
- Masters: Any Discipline
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Non-Food, including at least 3 years in a Floor Management, Team Lead or supervisory role Preferred: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, preferably in Non-Food/ FMCG retail
