The Role

Warehouse Lead for the Dairy Plant, Bhalwal, managing warehousing and distribution operations within QA and HSE guidelines.

•Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision, set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization •Manage product receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations •Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements and maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene and security •Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system •Prepare annual budget and strategy plan and liaise with clients •Plan work routes, assign tasks, appraise results and recruit, orient, coach and motivate employees •Produce regular reports and statistics (IN/ OUT status report, dead stock report etc.) •Coordinate and monitor warehouse inbound/ outbound activities and ensure 100% SOP compliance •Control inventory level by conducting daily physical counts and report deficiencies •Ensure safe warehouse operation through safety sessions, coaching and training of warehouse staff, and control handling cost
