The Role

PMDC invites applications for the post of Associate (Electrical) on open contract/ permanent basis with a market-based negotiable salary. Place of posting is a PMDC project/ mining site in Balochistan.

•Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, machinery and installations at mining/ project sites •Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and ensure continuity of operations •Inspect, repair and maintain motors, control panels, power distribution systems, switchgear and other electrical installations •Assist in installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, as required •Carry out routine inspections and scheduled maintenance and maintain proper records of electrical maintenance activities •Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, HSE requirements and applicable standards •Provide day-to-day electrical support for smooth and uninterrupted mining/ project operations
