The Role
Elite Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an Area In-Charge- Earthwork for the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project, Lahore.
•Plan and manage excavation, backfilling, embankment, grading and compaction activities •Direct earthmoving equipment, haulage and labour to meet the construction schedule •Ensure levels, slopes and alignments conform to drawings in coordination with the survey team •Coordinate with QA/ QC for material approvals and compaction testing •Plan daily resources (equipment, manpower and materials) and monitor productivity •Ensure safe operation of heavy equipment and compliance with HSE procedures •Prepare daily progress reports and quantity records

8+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering
- Diploma: Civil Technology
Minimum 8 years of civil construction experience, with at least 3 years in earthwork supervision or management on road, bridge or infrastructure projects
MS Office, AutoCAD, Earthwork Supervision, Drawing Interpretation
Preferred: Primavera, MS Project
PEC registration mandatory
•DAE in Civil Technology with extensive relevant experience may also be considered •Honest, reliable and maintains strict confidentiality •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines •Willingness to be based full-time at the Ravi River Bridge Construction Project site in Lahore
