The Role

Retail Avenue (Pvt) Ltd, a division of Dolmen Group, is hiring an Area Manager to drive sales, profitability, operational excellence and team performance across assigned stores while ensuring exceptional customer experience and brand standards.

•Achieve sales targets and drive MoM & YoY growth •Lead, coach, train and develop store teams •Drive conversion, UPT, customer service and store productivity •Manage inventory, replenishment, assortment and product performance •Ensure VM, operational and brand standards across stores •Conduct regular store visits and ensure timely action on performance gaps
