The Role
United Snacks (Oye Hoye) is hiring an Assistant Manager Sales Operations in Lahore to support national sales planning, primary orders, reporting and distributor performance.
•Support national sales planning, target setting and performance tracking •Coordinate primary orders, dispatches and supply planning with Sales and Supply Chain •Track Target vs. Achievement, GOLY, SKU mix, regional performance and business trends •Prepare sales reports and management dashboards for business reviews •Monitor distributor performance, stock levels and order execution •Manage trade offers, incentives and commercial schemes, including claims coordination with Finance •Ensure SAP and sales system data accuracy and reporting integrity •Coordinate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Commercial and IT to resolve operational issues •Identify opportunities for sales growth, distribution expansion and market penetration

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration
- Masters: Business Administration
3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations & Business Analysis
Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, Sales Planning, Analytical Skills
