The Role
Master Cola (Master Beverages) is hiring Regional Sales Managers (RSM) for Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad and Lahore to lead sales in the carbonated soft drink (CSD) industry.
•Execute a robust sales strategy to achieve business goals •Drive revenue growth and market share by expanding the brand's presence in key markets •Ensure high performance and morale within the sales team •Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders •Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and implement data-driven decisions

8+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
8+ years in a regional leadership role within the CSD or FMCG industry
Team Management, Sales Planning, Distributor Management, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills
