The Role
GO is hiring a Regional Manager- Sales & Marketing for its Peshawar region, responsible for regional fuel operations, sales and site teams.
•Oversee daily regional operations, including fuel storage, distribution, inventory management and overall site performance •Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, fuel quality and company operational standards through regular audits and inspections •Drive regional sales and profitability by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and analyzing market trends •Manage regional budgets, operational costs, customer service standards and stakeholder relationships to achieve financial and operational targets •Lead, mentor and develop Zone Managers, Back Office and COCO site teams by setting performance goals, conducting evaluations and fostering accountability and collaboration

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Marketing, Business Administration
8-12 years of relevant experience in sales, operations or retail network management Preferred: Oil & Gas sector experience preferred
