The Role

Hashoo Group Real Estate Division is hiring a Project Manager/ Resident Engineer for the Grandeur by Hashoo project site, Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad. Full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

•Overall management and supervision of site construction activities •Coordination with contractors, consultants and project management •Monitoring of construction progress, quality and workmanship •Review of project schedules, work programs and progress reports •Coordination of technical issues, inspections and site meetings •Monitoring of contractor performance, variations and site documentation

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Professional Bachelor: Civil Engineering

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction and project management Preferred: Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial developments or major construction projects preferred
