The Role
Ghandhara Automobiles Limited (JAC Motors, Dongfeng Trucks, Renault Trucks) is hiring a Deputy Manager Paint Shop at Port Qasim, Karachi.
•Manage daily paint shop production operations to meet manufacturing targets •Ensure high-quality automotive paint finishing and minimize defects •Supervise and lead paint shop staff, including engineers and supervisors •Monitor and optimize paint processes and material usage •Ensure proper functioning of paint booths, robotic systems and ovens •Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives •Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations •Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance departments

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience Preferred: Experience in operations of painting robots and related procedures
Paint Shop Operations
Preferred: Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, EMS 14001, Six Sigma
•Certification in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) is desirable •Knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS 14001 and other industry-standard quality management systems is desirable
