The Role
Ghandhara Automobiles Limited (JAC Motors, Dongfeng Trucks, Renault Trucks) is hiring an Executive Paint Shop at Port Qasim, Karachi.
•Manage performance and efficiency of assigned paint shop domains •Oversee process parameter monitoring and maintain quality standards •Develop and execute maintenance schedules for shop equipment •Report key performance metrics to senior management •Ensure compliance with HSE regulations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 to 4 years in a relevant field; proven experience required in any one of: Wet Sanding Line, Paint Mixing Line or Robotic Paint Line Preferred: Experience in the operations of painting robots will be preferred
Root Cause Analysis, Team Supervision, Preventive Maintenance
Preferred: Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma), ISO 9001 Quality Systems
•Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable •Knowledge of industry-standard quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) desirable
