The Role
Ghandhara Automobiles Limited (JAC Motors, Dongfeng Trucks, Renault Trucks) is hiring an Assistant Manager Paint Shop at Port Qasim, Karachi.
•Supervise paint shop staff and workers •Monitor and optimize paint processes and material usage •Coordinate with production, quality and maintenance departments •Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives •Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
At least 3 to 4 years in a relevant field Preferred: Experience in operations of painting robots and related procedures
Automotive Painting Processes, Robotic Programming, Paint Defects Analysis, Process Control Plans, Data Analysis
Preferred: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 9001/ EMS 14001
•Certification in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) is desirable
•Knowledge of ISO 9001, EMS 14001 and other industry-standard quality management systems is desirable
