The Role
Vital Pakistan Trust is hiring Talent Acquisition Associates/ Officers (multiple positions) for head office-based positions in Karachi. The incumbent will support end-to-end recruitment across programs and support functions, with a focus on bulk hiring for field-based positions, reporting to the Senior HRBP.
•Support end-to-end recruitment across programs and support functions, with a focus on bulk hiring for field-based positions •Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement •Coordinate with program teams to ensure timely hiring •Maintain proper recruitment documentation and filing •Update recruitment-related data and ensure accurate tracking of hiring activities

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Preferred: Preferably within the development sector, healthcare or non-profit organizations
