The Role
AL Habib Asset Management Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to provide support in day-to-day HR functions at its Karachi head office.
•Recruitment, onboarding and employee relation processes •Attendance and leave management •Maintenance of employee records and databases •Administration of employee benefits and policies •Coordination of employee training and development programs •Preparation of HR reports and metrics

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role Preferred: Preferably in the financial services industry
Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, MS Office, HR Systems
