The Role
Urbansole is looking for a Customer Representative Officer to join its team on a 3-month contract at DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
•Make calls to customers for order verification •Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries •Clear and manage shipper advice cases •Handle incoming and outbound customer calls •Respond to customer queries through email •Manage customer communication via Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp •Respond to social media comments and messages professionally •Maintain a high standard of customer service and follow-up
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Any Field
6-12 months of relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce or logistics
Communication Skills, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Social Media Management
•Comfortable managing calls, emails and social media channels
