The Role
On behalf of a leading client in the technology/ IT services sector (confidential executive search), LightHouse Global is seeking a dynamic and accomplished COO to drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams and lead the next phase of strategic growth. Full-time, permanent, on-site role in Lahore.
•Oversee day-to-day operations across service delivery, project management, customer success and support functions •Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, KPIs and performance reporting systems •Strengthen budgeting, cost control, resource utilization, project profitability and operational margins •Build high-performing leadership teams, strengthen management accountability and develop an effective organizational structure •Lead operational initiatives supporting business expansion, new service offerings, technology partnerships and organizational transformation

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration
•15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership •Proven experience leading technology or IT services operations •Experience managing cross-functional teams of 100+ professionals Preferred: •Senior operational leadership within an established global technology or IT services organization •Experience managing operations across multiple countries or regions •Exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems, including SAP, Microsoft or Oracle •Experience with enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, outsourcing and partner programs •Exposure to market expansion, business integration or launching new service lines
