The Role
Mezan Group (Ultra Rich tea) is looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) based in Karachi. Functions: Sales, IT, Human Resources, Finance, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.
•Undergo structured on-the-job training across assigned functional areas •Assist in day-to-day departmental operations and assigned projects •Support reporting, data analysis, documentation and process improvement initiatives •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks •Participate in business projects, presentations and learning initiatives •Demonstrate ownership, adaptability and continuous learning
