The Role
NUR International University, Lahore is hiring an Assistant Director/ Deputy Director for its Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) to support quality assurance, accreditation and HEC compliance across academic and administrative departments.
•Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance policies and procedures across all academic and administrative departments •Support the Director QEC in ensuring compliance with HEC standards and guidelines related to quality assurance, enhancement and accreditation •Contribute to the efforts to position NUR International University in prestigious international rankings such as the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings and the QS World University Rankings •Coordinate the preparation of self-assessment reports, program evaluations, post-graduate program reviews and other quality-related documentation under the guidance of the Director QEC •Assist in facilitating internal and external audits, including the audit of course files, faculty reports and the university LMS, ensuring compliance with HEC-QAA requirements •Support the management of accreditation, re-accreditation and the preparation of the University Portfolio Report •Participate in conducting Institution Performance Evaluations and various surveys as per HEC-QAA guidelines, analyzing data for reporting •Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to identify and implement necessary improvements under the direction of the Director QEC •Stay updated on national and international trends in quality assurance in higher education
