The Role
Urban Developers, developers of Central Park Housing Scheme, are hiring a Food & Beverages Manager in Lahore.
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders and other F&B staff during shifts •Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous and professional service at all times •Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and portion control before service •Train, mentor and evaluate staff on service standards, menu knowledge and upselling techniques •Prepare staff schedules/ rosters and manage shift assignments •Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

2- 4 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Hospitality Management
2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
