The Role

Hashoo Group (Real Estate Division) is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for the Grandeur by Hashoo project site, Bahria Town Phase 8. Full time, on site, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

•Preparation and verification of quantity take-offs and BOQs •Measurement of executed works at site •Verification of contractor bills and interim payment applications •Assessment of variations, additional works and claims •Maintenance of quantity records and cost control documentation •Coordination with site engineers and contractors regarding measurements

Diploma: DAE Civil
