The Role

Tandoori is looking for a professional, detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager, based at HO Islamabad, to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company. The role is key to ensuring financial integrity, implementing strong controls, managing budgets, improving profitability and providing accurate and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.

•Designing and implementation of new finance structure •Software deployment, processes and internal controls •Financial planning & budgeting •Accounting & financial management

Masters: Finance, Accounting

Required Experience

•Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role Preferred: •Experience in the hospitality, restaurant or retail sector is highly preferred •Experience in multi-unit operations
