The Role
Irshad Saeed Packaging (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Bag Making Machine Operator to join its production team at Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore (full-time, on site only).
•Set up, calibrate, operate and troubleshoot bag-making machine independently •Produce Stand-Up Pouches (SUP), Three-Side-Seal (Tri-Seal) bags, Center Seal bags and Side-Gusseted bags •Calibrate temperature parameters for longitudinal and cross-heat sealing bars •Install and test zipper profiles, tear notches and bottom-gusset formers •Inspect finished pouches for seal strength, leakages, color accuracy and dimensional accuracy as per client specifications •Ensure zero-defect production runs with minimal material waste •Perform routine machine maintenance to prevent downtime •Maintain housekeeping of production area and cleaning of machine to ensure safe work environment

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Matric/ Secondary School Certificate/ O-Level: Any Discipline
- Diploma: Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in printing and packaging industry; hands-on experience with bag-making machines and related processes
•Matric or DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)
