The Role

A leading multinational company, hiring through Nexsus Innovation Consultants, is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Security in Lahore to lead and oversee the organization's security operations, risk management and safety protocols.

•Lead and manage overall security operations across company premises •Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures & emergency response plans •Identify security risks and ensure appropriate preventive and corrective measures •Manage security teams, deployment, discipline, training and performance •Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, government authorities and external security partners •Ensure protection of employees, assets, facilities and business operations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Experience

•Proven experience in security management/ security leadership Preferred: •Experience in corporate, industrial, manufacturing or large-scale organizational security •Army/ Armed Forces background
