The Role
SKMCH&RC Lahore invites applications for Supervisor- Cytology in the Department of Pathology, to lead the Cytology section in a high-volume, state-of-the-art laboratory. The role oversees daily operations and ensures quality, patient safety and compliance with international accreditation requirements.
•Oversee daily operations of the Cytology section •Ensure the highest standards of quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance with international accreditation requirements •Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Medical Laboratory Technology
- MS / MPhil: Medical Laboratory Technology
Minimum five years of relevant experience Preferred: Experience in a JCI/ CAP accredited laboratory
Administrative Skills, Technical Skills, Quality Management
•Certification in Quality Management
•Valid AHPC (Allied Health Professional Council) license
