Skilled Worker/ Artisan/ Technician

The Role
Solar Technician for TCF's Lower Sindh Region (based in Hyderabad), responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hybrid solar systems across assigned regions, with frequent travel.
•Install hybrid solar systems (inverters, batteries, panels) according to company protocols and safety standards •Assist in site surveys, take measurements and provide technical feedback for system design •Perform wiring, earthing and system integration for hybrid and on-grid solutions •Configure and optimize IP65/ IP66 hybrid inverters •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of existing installations •Diagnose and troubleshoot inverter errors, wiring faults and battery problems •Educate schools on system operation, monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting •Prepare reports and communicate via email on project updates, issues and resolutions •Ensure adherence to installation protocols and quality standards

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solar system installation and maintenance, with strong expertise in hybrid systems
