The Role
Assistant Manager (Graphic, Animation and Visualization) at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, purely on contract basis on a lump sum package (equivalent to PPS-7) for an initial period of 24 months, extendable on requirement basis.
•Develop motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations for NDMA Web TV, digital platforms, broadcast content, awareness campaigns and institutional communication •Produce animated content using keyframe animation, compositing, visual effects, transitions, typography and graphic elements •Design and develop Web TV branding packages, including channel identity, opening/ closing sequences, lower thirds, title cards, bumpers and stings •Develop visual content packages for NDMA alerts, advisories, disaster risk information, public service messages and emergency communication •Translate technical and disaster-related information into visual narratives, infographics, animated explainers and data-driven visualizations •Create 2D/ 3D animated sequences for disaster scenarios, hazard projections, preparedness measures, response operations and early warning systems •Prepare storyboards, visual concepts and animation plans with content producers, scriptwriters and video production teams •Ensure consistency of NDMA branding, visual identity and approved communication guidelines •Maintain organized libraries of project files, graphic assets, animation templates and final outputs •Support rapid development of graphics and animations during emergencies and high-priority public information campaigns

•Posts will be filled on open merit basis •Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months a
22 to 28 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mass Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Sciences
Preferred: Relevant experience in 2D/ 3D animation, motion design, keyframe animation, compositing, visual effects, broadcast graphics, Web TV/ OTT content production and infographic visualization
