The Role
Assistant Manager (Humanitarian Coordination & Partnerships) at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, purely on contract basis on a lump sum package (equivalent to PPS-7) for an initial period of 24 months, extendable on requirement basis.
•Maintain GRH stakeholder and humanitarian partner database •Support coordination with UN agencies, NGOs/ INGOs, donors and development partners •Facilitate meetings, missions and international delegations •Assist in mapping partner capabilities and humanitarian resources •Support emergency coordination and information exchange when GRH is activated •Prepare situation briefs, meeting records and follow-up matrices •Support partnership agreements and joint initiatives •Coordinate workshops and resilience dialogues •Maintain records of commitments and collaborative actions •Support DM CoE in external engagement
Applicants General Eligibility & Requirements
•Posts will be filled on open merit basis •Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 18 months a
22 to 28 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Disaster Management, International Relations, Humanitarian Studies, Development Studies, Public Administration, Social Sciences
Preferred: Experience in humanitarian coordination, emergency response, stakeholder engagement, development cooperation or partnership management
