The Role
Research Associate with the Institute for Global Health and Development, Aga Khan University Medical College (grant funded contractual position), based in Gilgit-Baltistan, supervising and monitoring research activities including data collection.
•Supervise and monitor all project activities including data collection and analysis •Coordinate with the team to ensure study protocols are followed and activities completed on time •Review literature on assigned topics •Work on proposal development of research studies •Liaise with granting agencies and other stakeholders •Evaluate and validate collected data •Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis •Develop search strategies and data collection tools •Train and mentor junior staff •Contribute to peer-reviewed publications •Prepare weekly progress reports and project activity reports •Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Medical
- Bachelor 16 Years: Public Health, Social Sciences, Environmental Science
1-2 years of experience Preferred: Community work
