The Role
Manager of the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) at Abbottabad University of Science & Technology, Havelian, under the HEC Islamabad funded project "Establishment of Business Incubation Centre (BIC)", on fixed remuneration basis (negotiable).
•Lead, manage and scale the university's Business Incubation Center (BIC) in accordance with the HEC & BIC Policy •Foster a campus-wide innovation ecosystem •Commercialize academic research •Drive strategic industrial partnerships •Ensure strict data compliance with HEC annual performance scorecard parameters

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- MS / MPhil: Business Administration
Minimum 7 years of experience Preferred: Experience in Engineering/ Technical background
•MS/ M.Phil (18 years education) with minimum 3.00 CGPA from an HEC recognized institute/ university
