The Role

A private limited construction firm registered with PEC in C-3 and C-4 categories requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for its Head Office at Bahria Enclave, Islamabad.

•Prepare and maintain MBs, BOQs, abstracts, bills and billing documentation •Manage project measurements, billing, verification and follow-ups •Conduct site visits whenever and wherever required for measurements and verification •Coordinate with site engineers regarding quantities, work progress and billing •Verify payment requests, bank cheques and billing records in coordination with Accounts/ Finance •Monitor project quantities, costs and financial progress •Search, update and upload tenders on government portals and EPADS

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor 16 Years: Civil Engineering
Diploma: Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying

Required Experience

•Minimum 5 years of proven relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Tendering and Construction Projects •Building-related experience (Renovation & New) Preferred: •Government tendering and EPADS experience

Skills

MS Excel, QS Software, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Contractor Billing
Preferred: EPADS
