The Role
Yum Group of Restaurants is hiring an Area Manager- Operations in Lahore to manage multiple Chashni outlets through Branch Managers.
•Manage and monitor the performance of multiple Chashni outlets through Branch Managers •Drive area sales, margins, product mix and achievement of business targets •Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, food safety and brand standards •Monitor customer experience, service quality, feedback and complaints •Control stock, wastage, operating expenses, cash banking and POS closing •Coach and develop Branch Managers and support staffing, training, attendance and discipline •Ensure outlets are operationally ready for Ramadan, Eid, weddings and other seasonal peaks •Prepare and submit regular area performance reports and ensure timely closure of audit and operational issues

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in retail, food or sweets/ bakery operations Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Area Manager Proven experience in managing multiple outlets and developing Branch Managers Preferred: Experience in the restaurant, bakery, sweets or retail industry
