The Role
Yum Group of Restaurants (YGR) is hiring a Regional Manager- Operations in Lahore to lead and monitor the performance of multiple Chashni (The Sweet House) outlets.
•Lead and monitor the performance of multiple Chashni outlets •Drive regional sales, profitability and achievement of business targets •Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, hygiene, food safety and brand standards •Monitor customer experience, service quality, complaints and outlet performance •Control wastage, stock variance, operating expenses and cash-banking compliance •Coach and develop Area Managers and ensure effective staffing, training and retention •Ensure operational readiness for Ramadan, Eid, weddings and other seasonal peaks •Support new outlet openings and ensure timely submission of regional operational MIS

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration
- Masters: Business Administration
•3-5 years of experience in retail, food or sweets/ bakery operations •Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple outlets/ shops •Proven track record in multi-outlet sales, operational excellence and team leadership Preferred: •Experience in the restaurant, bakery, sweets or retail industry
•Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to drive performance through data •Excellent people management, problem-solving and execution skills
