The Role
Fuelers (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a Security Supervisor for its depot in Sahiwal to supervise the security team and safeguard company facilities.
•Supervise daily security team operations and ensure the efficient completion of assigned tasks •Allocate duties and responsibilities to security personnel and monitor their performance •Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with established security standards among security staff •Conduct routine security assessments to identify potential risks, threats, and vulnerabilities •Develop and implement strategies to minimize security risks and prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security incidents •Monitor security arrangements across company facilities and recommend improvements where necessary •Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security equipment •Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, accidents, and other incidents •Educate and train security personnel on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident reporting

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Any Discipline
- Intermediate/ Higher Secondary School Certificate/ A- Level: Any Discipline
•10-18 years of experience in Army service Preferred: •Preferably SSG (R)/ JCOs/ Subedar •Candidates from the OMC industry will be preferred
Team Leadership, Team Management, Observation & Reporting, Risk Management, Security Systems (CCTV, ACS), Emergency Handling, Fire Safety Procedures
