The Role
Golden Pearl Cosmetics is hiring a full-time Zonal Sales Manager for Lahore.
•Meet and handle primary and secondary sales targets, bifurcation as per area potential and SO's contribution, leading and meeting assigned targets as per given timelines •Channel-wise sales strategies and their execution towards business growth •Plan brand positioning and team development for the future as per opportunities •Handle distribution sales force and entire infrastructure, especially warehousing (FIFO, pallets, stacking, cleaning etc.) •Sales representation in sales meetings •Take initiative and drive business as per time, situation and business need •Lead the team through business challenges, on-job training and guidelines required by team members •Trade assets monitoring in trade and their handling with proper record •Support role with marketing team to execute different activities
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Any Discipline
Sales background in FMCG or preferably cosmetics industry Metro, major city and rural distribution handling experience Primary and secondary sales handling and credit management Preferred: 5 years as Zonal Sales Manager
