The Role
DDO (Accounts/ Finance) at the National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB), handling the organisation's finance and accounts.
•Advise the Principal Accounting Officer on all financial, budgetary and accounting matters •Record keeping, maintenance of accounts and compilation of reports •Prepare and submit bills to AGPR for clearance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Finance, Business Administration
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Accounting
•Minimum 5 years of experience, of which 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience working as a Finance/ Accounts Manager •2 years of experience in PSDP-ICT projects •At least 2 years of experience working with AGPR on public funds (mandatory) •Must have performed as a financial auditor Preferred: •Implementation of SAP, ERP and RAAST for assignment accounts under the E-AAA framework
Financial Analysis, ERP Systems, MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Communication, Teamwork
Preferred: SAP
•ICMA or ACCA (accepted as alternative qualifications) •Additional certification will be a plus
