The Role
Urban Developers, developers of Central Park Housing Scheme, are hiring a Food & Beverages Supervisor in Lahore to supervise F&B service staff and ensure professional guest service.
•Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff during shifts •Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times •Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control before service •Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques •Prepare staff schedules/ rosters and manage shift assignments •Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly and professionally

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts
- Bachelor 16 Years: Hospitality Management
•2-4 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
