The Role
Commander Group (Gharbeen (Pvt.) Ltd) has job opportunities for TSM in Ahmedpur East, Bahawalpur, Yazman, Khairpur Tamewali and Dunyapur.
•Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals •Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory •Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients •Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities •Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients •Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization •Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Agriculture
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales Preferred: Preferably in the agriculture sector
Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management
Preferred: MS Office, CRM Software
•Ability to work independently •Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
