The Role
NETSOL Technologies is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager in Lahore as the primary finance partner across Business Development, Product, Delivery and Sales, providing financial leadership through the deal lifecycle and supporting strategic investment decisions.
•Develop and maintain business cases for strategic initiatives including market expansion, M&A, product investments and major technology initiatives •Prepare financial models, scenario analyses and investment appraisals (NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivity and profitability) •Lead financial evaluations in the commercial deal review and governance process •Act as Finance point of contact for commercial contracting on structures, taxation, revenue recognition, internal costing and margins •Provide guidance on internal charge-out rates and commercial policies •Monitor post-award project profitability against approved business cases •Track sales commissions, selling and marketing costs and commercial investments •Support revenue recognition and capitalization matters with Accounting teams •Contribute to strategic initiatives, FP&A and Business Management activities •Lead, mentor and develop re-allocated team member(s)
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Finance
Substantial post-qualification experience in commercial finance, strategic projects, deal reviews and structuring, FP&A or finance business partnering; track record leading deal review and governance, business casing, pricing and commercial contract analysis Preferred: Experience within technology, software/ SaaS, fintech or technology-services environments
Financial Modelling, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Stakeholder Management
•Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA, CFA, MBA-Finance)
