The Role
CERP is seeking a Project Manager for The National Science Bowl Pakistan (NSBP) in Lahore.
•End-to-end delivery of the National Science Bowl Pakistan competition, including detailed project planning, budget management, school outreach and event logistics •Implementation of the associated field research project, including acting as the school liaison, executing baseline/ endline survey rounds and overseeing data management •Coordination with implementing partners and funders, alongside managing a large workforce including a Research Associate, field enumerators and 150+ student volunteers

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Education, Social Sciences
At least four years of project management experience Preferred: Experience managing events, competitions, education programmes or coordinating field research/ survey-based projects
