The Role
CERP is hiring a Programme Manager for its Analytics team in Lahore to lead client engagements and translate research into actionable recommendations.
•Lead client engagements, identify business and operational challenges, translate research into actionable recommendations and support implementation •Manage project plans, timelines, risks and communication with clients, government, funders and academic partners •Lead and motivate analysts and associates, assign and prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high quality outputs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Public Policy
Project management, consulting or analytics, preferably managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivering solutions informed by data
Research, Data Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Communication, Presentation Skills, Planning, Risk Management, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management
Preferred: Tableau, Power BI
