The Role
Soorty is hiring an Engineer Renewable & BESS in its Utility & Maintenance department, onsite at Nooriabad.
•Execute real-time power dispatch and load-sharing between Solar PV, Wind Turbines and BESS to optimize self-consumption, peak shaving and captive plant stability •Supervise daily battery operations, including State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), depth of discharge (DoD), liquid/ HVAC thermal systems and fire suppression readiness •Analyze generation data to track Solar Performance Ratio (PR), WTG power curves, curtailment and BESS Round-Trip Efficiency (RTE) against expected yield models •Maintain grid-connection parameters, including power factor correction, voltage ride-through limits and harmonic distortion control at the point of common coupling (PCC) •Implement HT/ MV Lockout/ Tagout (LOTO), arc flash boundaries and environmental safety protocols during all routine servicing and grid switching operations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
- Diploma: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
5-6 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy systems, BESS, power plants or manufacturing industries
SCADA, EMS, Inverter Maintenance, Grid Code Compliance, MV/ HT Switchgear Operations
