The Role
PARCO is seeking an Oil Accountant for its Mid-Country Refinery, Muzaffargarh, to handle production, inventory and sales accounting of crude oil and refinery products.
•Prepare daily Production and Sales reports and weekly production and sales summary reports for OUL evaluation based on tank levels •Prepare accounting reports for crude oil received from Pipeline and Refinery inventory stocks using ASTM tables •Maintain tank data entry of temperature, density and levels for closing inventory calculation of all tanks in SAP book stocks and daily inventory reports •Prepare the monthly Production Report (crude oil processing, productions and intermediate inventory) on SAP modules such as MM, IS-Oil and PP •Prepare material balance of products and report in corrected volume (production/ shipment at 15 °C) •Prepare company-wise sales data for the Refinery monthly report •Calculate and account for Refinery own uses (refinery fuel gas and RFO) on a daily basis •Calculate inventory stocks of refinery products i.e. Sulphur and Bitumen (drums) on a monthly and quarterly basis •Compile daily shipment summaries and calculations in MTons for monthly reports •Ensure compliance with company policies

Up to 10 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Chemical Technology, Petroleum Technology
Up to 10 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Crude evaluation and scheduling Preferred: IS-Oil, PP, SILO tanks management
SAP Accounting Modules, Oil Accounting Software, MS Office, Technical Report Writing
Preferred: SAP IS-Oil
•Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Chemical/ Petroleum Technology from a recognized institute
