The Role
PakWheels is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for its Auto Services/ Car Inspection operations in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi to lead field teams and ensure seamless service delivery.
•Manage multiple teams of technicians/ engineers in the field •Motivate team members to achieve better performance •Review team member performance and provide timely feedback •Monitor on-field team performance and keep a strict check •Build relationships with car dealers •Ensure customer satisfaction •Provide reports to the data entry team and make sure all car data entered is accurate •Hire resources to add more teams in the city as required •Add more cities in the near region considering the potential
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Automotive sales and automotive knowledge will be preferred
Communication, Organizational Skills, Team Management, Attention to Detail
•Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal instruction •Able to prioritize and handle several tasks at once and adapt to changing priorities
